He left Bangladesh to study Chemical Engineering in Tokyo and returned as one of the most skilled sushi chefs on the planet. Jashim Uddins experience in the kitchen knocks most sushi lovers of their feet. We got the trust to re-design the MINAKO brand from scratch and we went on a journey inside Jashims heart to figure out what MINAKO really was. The result is something we are truly proud of.
